Return and exchanges
Please read our policy below fully before making your purchases!
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at support@almagems.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1942 Broadway St., Boulder Colorado 80302, United States
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- All items, particularly those that have been engraved/personalized/customized/made-to-order and in any way, are non-refundable and can't be returned unless they are defective and or damaged by us.
- Return shipping fee:
- We'll take care of return shipping if your item is defective or if we sent you the wrong one.
- Otherwise, a $14.95 return shipping fee applies.

Damaged or Defective items
- What qualifies? Items are considered damaged or defective if they arrive with manufacturing flaws, are damaged during shipping, or are significantly different from what was described on our website.
- What to do? If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@almagems.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to all returns.
Final sale Items
- What are they? Final sale items include all items purchased during a sale or promotion, clearance items, and items purchased with a discount code. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.
- Returns & Exchanges: Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of a defective or damaged item. If you receive a defective final sale item, please contact us for an exchange.

Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping and delivery
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier to initiate an investigation.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days from when the return was initiated since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@almagems.com.
Notices
We are not responsible for item(s) being misplaced/ stolen after delivered(E.g. after delivered mailbox). We will ensure the item is delivered to your address according to information provided by the logistic company. Customer will be liable for the shipping cost if a replacement item is needed.
If you reject delivery or fail to pay a customs fee, a refund will not be issued.
