The design and colors are exactly as they appear in the pictures. But the price! Pretty shocking. My husband got this for me. Had I known I would have told him not to. I do live it though!

Very pleased with workmanship and I even did a side by side comparison with a Tervis glass. 5 ice cubes in each, five hours later the Tervis was water, the Almagems mug’s ice was only half melted. I was surprised and impressed.

When I ordered the Fire Department key holder I wanted to add some extra engraving. I wasn’t sure how because I’m not tech savvy. I wrote to the company for help and was treated extremely well and they were very helpfull in getting my order correct. When I received my order it was beautiful and I’m proud to hang it up where everyone can see it. My only complaint (which may not be the company’s fault) is that I felt it took along time to deliver the product.
