When I ordered the Fire Department key holder I wanted to add some extra engraving. I wasnβt sure how because Iβm not tech savvy. I wrote to the company for help and was treated extremely well and they were very helpfull in getting my order correct. When I received my order it was beautiful and Iβm proud to hang it up where everyone can see it. My only complaint (which may not be the companyβs fault) is that I felt it took along time to deliver the product.
